that is bullshit lol I think if you get caught speeding between noon and 1 you should have a 15 dollar "lunch fee" since you interupted his lunch and he may have lost food.

Funny shyt isnt it. They first started it in Sandy Springs which is north of ATL (which was basically ATL but they were incorportated) so since it is working there, they are doing it in ATL now!!

So the state of NC presented me with a driving award last night.

They told me I was good at doing 70 in a 55 BUT I didn't get the fuel surcharge

I'd say it won't be long before NC get's it too

I read that using the a/c when not on the highway reduces fuel efficiency by 10-15% :shock

Said it was better to use the a/c and windows up on the highway because of drag and windows down in the city to save gas.

yeah, we definitely already pay for the donuts, and gas, and everything else they need!

i think this is a great idea though. you dont speed (or get caught) and you dont pay. this keeps them from raising EVERYONES taxes for the few bad apples
