You just have to give the pads a bit to bed in, once they do, the best, I mean really amazing!

Thanks for the advice. the package says apx 250 miles. (one week worth of commuting for me) so i should have them dialed in no time.

I don't give mine that long, maybe 40 miles :lol What I do is clean the rotors really good, then when I go ride I pull the front brake in going down the road and let them scrub in, then let off, then go back to barely applying them for a few times. Then hammer down

I had a little break squeal when I first put mine on but after about 500 miles it seems to have gone away

wow. wow. the difference is insane. i put on the lines and pads on saturdfay afternoon. after bleeding the lines, i zip tied the brake lever down until sunday around 1. took the bike over to my parents house (about 7 miles). insane braking. it is scary actually.

:fact on the squeal memphis, i got that too. they also rub a little bit. i am assuming that will go away too.
