I am on your site about to order some parts and you want $60 for shipping. I am only ordering an air filter, spark plugs, oil filter and brake pads. Don't you guys offer free shipping for orders over $XX amount of money. I am spending $150+.

Calling them would be your best bet, they are not active on the site.

I know a call would work, but it is the middle of the night.

PM would work to, but no one else would see this outrages shipping charges, isn't that the point of having a forum?

Yeah, to us it looks like you are trying to get in touch with them which this isn't the best route for that. The "buyer/seller" ratings is where the praise or complaints go. If you have a bad experience with them then yeah, by all means share. But give them a chance to resolve the issue before you turn people away from them. This is just their little vendor forum. :rofl

It is a good point for sure, but the rules of feedback in this forum state that you have to wait until the issue is resolved, then leave feedback..:rofl

So, yeah, calling them would be the better move..

Most outfits call it "Shipping and Handling" rather than just postage or freight charges.

OTOTH, it usually makes sense to order as much product as you can to spread the S/H costs out.
