sharkskinz are the best out there that I have ever seen, but they aren't the cheapest by any means. Ebay is good for some cheap plastics, but the problem is that you might have to do a little modding to make them fit. Some of the cheaper stuff isn't as flexible (better in a crash) and doesn't fit as good as say sharkskinz who are probably the best in the industry.

I am looking to buy some pretty nice race fairings, but nothing too expensive. Does anyone know of a good place to get some and what the a good brand would be?
At all expense.. stay away from hotbodies race bodywork. With them you dont know what you are going to get.

If you want good bodywork you are going to pay for it. The companies that make good bodywork are Sharkskins, Attack, Armour Bodies and Catalyst.

I have no personal experience with E racing bodywork but have heard that it is good for the money.

Hopefully this will help you in your decision.

I have a set of Cheetah Race coming soon. They are paid and I am waiting as we speak for Mr. UPS. They were $500 shipped which is a damm good price. I have heard some good some bad talk about them, mostly good. I will let you know what the deal is after I size them up and get them painted, reinstalled, and crash tyested. That should be end April or early May. LOL

Ok, thank you to everyone for your input. I think for now, I am going to go with the E-Racing fairings. I have heard from others that they will do the job, fit correctly, and aren't too expensive. I will let you know how they fit and the quality.

I have a set of e-racings on order, should be here on Friday. Plan to mount them up over the weekend and get them ready for VIR on 3/10. This is my first set of race glass so I don't have much to compare it to but I'll share my thoughts.

My Cheetahs are all done. All in all they are a good fit for $450. Heres the 2 things that are wrong with them. 1 big 1 small. Bigger issue is that where the upper and lower come together is right where the engine mount bolt is andhence the slider. Its really annoying where they join. The SS plastics dont do that, they come together in a completely different plave. Second smaller issue is that there are no holes drilled for additional mounting points to the chassis. I will ziptie mine there no biggie. Im not to keen on spending $$$ for the SS upper accessory kit to mount them.
