Hi
i was on Dynojet power commander's web site and was wondering how the accelerator pump works? On their website there is an adjustmet for the accelerator pump.

What would be the best way to adjust it?? Should i adjust it??

Thanks

I adjusted mine. The feature adds fuel to the intake tract kinda like a real pump would. Opening the throttle abruptly causes a momentary lean condition. The idea is that this will act upon the rider opening the throttle instead if waiting for the CPU to react to the movement. Does it make a huge difference? Kind of., sort of. If you are real ham fisted with your throttle control a quick WOT can cause the lean condition and make the motor stumble for a few RPMs, and is noticeable to a person riding at the limit. On the street you won't notice the effect as much if at all. (I don't) I played with it a bit at the track with a lap top, and it does help. certainly worth the price I paid for it (free)
