Brakes are bled and brake fluid is full. Used dot4 brake fluid since it is what I seen most riders use. While sitting still the brakes are fine and are strong on the first pull of the lever. While riding I need to pump brakes a couple times to stop. If anyone has any ideas anything would help.

Time to re-bleed .. Also , check the trueness of the disc itself .. a slightly bent rotor will open the pads and cause this issue ...,
