Just wondered if anyone ever ceramic coated a Sport bike header?

I always coat my ATV headers, the twin machines like my 08 Kawasaki Brute Force and Polaris 800 put out some serious heat on my leg and having them ceramic coated cuts it down big time....

I just got my HMF headers back today from the place that coats them for me:

i couldn't see really doing it on a sport bike, but maybe there is a reason to do the ceramic coating to reduce heat...

on thing that helps on fuel mileage if you have a diesel truck, coat the turbo and exhaust manifolds, supposedly can increase fuel mileage by up to 2 mpg by retaining heat within the turbo and making it more efficient, i'm thinking of getting my cummins done one of these days...but has to warm up so i can drive the bike while the truck is apart
