it's one hell of a bike, but 40 thousand dollars i really don't know about...For that much money you should be able to have some very badass parts on there like superbike fork and full mag swingarm and many more parts I would think.

very true mel...I think most here like to tinker on their own bikes which makes buying prebuilt bikes a bit of a turn off. But who am i talked to...just look at your bike LOL I think you fall into the crowd with everyone else here lol...

I would buy a pre-built bike if it still had the manufacturer's warranty.

Problem with prebuilt is that it will have to meet emissions regulations, etc...which will limit the quality of the performance products. No reason to buy prebuilt mel

buy a bike and bring it here and i'll put the labor in on the house

i love tweaking bikes as long as they have quality parts. It's heaven to me. Call me a grease monkey, but nothing better then turning a stock bike into a monster

Pre-built bikes are nice. I used to have a bbr yzf-crf 450 hybrid. And if you know anything about bbr they are very expensive. I am not showboating at all but the bike was just ok.... ALOT of money for not a whole lot. I rode it for about 6 months and sold it for a yz250f bone stock. Much happier and I can turn it into the bike I want and fits me the best. And if I had only known that they only do play bike now I would have kept mine!!!
