Everytime I leave the Gym

Everytime I leave the gym the gawd damn hot sign is on at Krispy Kreme which just happens to be right next door. I can't go home without having to look at a donut shop all lit up. It's all glass, all windows and they have 3 or 4 giant "hot donuts now!" bright red neon signs.

How I resist temptation each time I have no idea. But it gets me on this train of thought where all I want to eat after I leave the gym is stuff that is bad for me. Like wings. Tonight it "2 fer Tuesday" at Wild Wing Cafe. If it wasn't 10pm I'd be very tempted to go.

lol Those regular glazed donuts are 200 calories a piece.

or as Chris rock calls them: "Cracky Kreme's" All the KK stores closed up shop out here, now you can only get 2 day old ones at the local grocery store...

I miss krispy kreme... me and some friends used to cruise out to them late at night or early in the morning... but that was back in my east coast days. There isn't a single one left in AZ

Sucks for you guys, or maybe it's better that way lol. If we only had 2 day old donuts here maybe I'd never want one. They're SO good when they're hot.

Yeah.. that's the only way I would eat them is straight off the rack hot. They suck any other way

as long as you're standing up or walking around when you're eating them i would say you're working out when you're eating them

It's the American way. You just can't be sitting in front of the tv on your ass while eating them

Anytime I'm about to eat something bad my Grandpa would always say "get off your ass if you want to eat it so at least you're burning it off as you eat, then tell everyone else to stfu"

James, I hate to be the bearer of shit news, but they closed them all on Long Island, including that one on RT110 in Huntington (yer old hood).. I loved those things fresh off the assembly line, lollz.

we used to have one about 5 mile away from me and now its gone. MMMM
I too just got out of a hard session at the gym, only to top it off with a few budlights and 12 boneless wings and a bunch of ribs at some new wing joint in windsor. mmmm.

Yeah, ground wire was loose.

Good point. But then I'd have to drive farther and I'm lazy and gas costs too much.

ps i passed the kk on speedway and nova road everytime i turned left on nova to get to my campground....and it was hard..

but i did it...
