This place is the go-to site when you want real smilies. Cool smilies, not like those other bullshit smiley sites with a bunch of lame ass shit.

It's my buddies site and I use it almost religiously when I want to post smilies on forums that don't already have the smilies that I want. I've also made some of the smilies there.

You can't get them to work in IM unless you and the person you are talking with both have them installed AND set as the smiley set to use in chats.

So, you'd have to install them and set them as the smileys to use.
For this, you'd have to create a smiley pak for the instant messenger program that you use, then you'd have to set it as the one you're using.

This MUST be done by all parties wishing to use the smiley pack.

You can't just copy/past them and have them appear in the chat as you're not using real html. You can, however, just paste the url of the smiley and the other person will have to click it to see it.
