well i recently was at a bar and when i have a little too much to drink my brain starts working half ass and my friends are not any better but we couldnt figure out why they spell "Whiskey" on some bottles and "Whisky" on some others... why is that if anyone could help me out with the ide apprecieate it...

The Spelling of Whiskey Vs. Whisky

How should whisk(e)y be spelled ?

Whiskey, with an "e" is how the generic word is spelled when unconnected to a brand name. Most Irish and American distillers also use this spelling. Scottish and Canadian products are however spelled without the "e" as in whisky.

no it isn't, I have had my fair share of crown, it's pretty good... But not my choice liqour.

I rarely drink regular Jack, Most of my Jack drinking consists of the higher end Jacks... if you haven't had them... I highly suggest them.

^ i drink so much, i had to focus on what was happening to me...

Now i drink fri, sat, sometimes sun....

but since ive been back in school its only once a week if that.

I used to drink everyday... and be fucked up...

i think im starting to hit a soft spot... LOL (i laugh to get over pain)

Gentleman Jack and Single Barrel are best when you drink them over ice!!!!! Only way I drink them...Anyway else would be like drinking Glenlevet and Coke!!!
