Good deal, I've had this laptop for 3 years, not one problem, friends and fam and University all have Dells too, love em.motomummy said:yup, not bad for a laptop. It's in the small business section of their website and they didn't even make us give them a business license or anything. So i don't know how they vouch for the fact we are a business. We are, but they didn't require any paperwork to prove it for some reason.
Yeah... I get pretty angry when I call someone for customer service and can't understand wtf they are talking about. Just happened with Microsoft when I was calling about my Xbox. And I had a dell previously.... I wanted to hang up on them every time.motomummy said:I like dells, but i HATE their customer service. That is their largest and only mistake from what I can tell.
