Engine Ice is legal for track days but some racing organizations will not allow it. If your bike is strictly a track bike, you should just drain it completely during the winter and then you dont have to worry about anything.

I make it a point to flush the system with anti-freeze at the end and then the following Spring fill with H20 and Water Wedder. Cracking a block in the Winter from only having Wedder inside is a scary proposition..
