the seal i think i think i need to lube the seal

if u can't fix the leak, remove the seal and use high temp RTV....make sure to let it cure completely before turning bike on

Room Temperature Vulcanizer....BTW, did u make sure to scrape off the old gasket compleytely?

its basically liquid gasket

i cleaned the case but im gunna look into that rtv thanks man

yes before you install the cover you have to get EVERY bit of the old gasket off. Normally I use a razor blade and it's a bitch. That's what causes most to leak. People don't clean enough of the old gasket off. RTV will work after that, but make sure you get all of the old gasket off first.
