why thank you for the props.. ive been in the feild just over 20 years now and 99.9 % of the comments directed at us.. esp like me who work at a dealership are very negative about how all we do is cheat and hack to rip people off..
it is unfortunit that there are a lot in the industry that are that way.. but there are still some like myself who have a consionce ( i cant spell for crap!!) and have pride in the work they do

Yeah I know. I love working on my bike and could do it 24 hours a day
but it might be just the fact that I have tore it down quite a few times and "know" it so it seems easy. I guess doing it on vehicles is different cause of the "figureing" what needs to come off and what doesn't.

I'm technically a technician though on the research and development side of things. So alot of the time i don't have to do any real wrenching, just setting up for tests and what not. But the times I do always sucks, I don't know why I picked this profession, lol...

I'll try that next time.....knowing my luck they would have sent Wicked1

Nothing major, just trying to hold the caliper in one hand, with the old brake pad in it and trying to hold the C clamp with the other AND turn it at the same time to push the piston's back in. I could have used another few hands is all. Nothing major, I just get frustrated easily

You would end up having to buy a new truck with his help

Doing a brake job can be a pain specially if you don't have the right equipment on hand

things like a LIFT make life a whole lot easier. I was a tech apprentice for a short bit until I finished school. Was always fun trying to change the oil of a car someone had just driven hours upon hours on...
. bolt was no prob...filters were a bitch.

I'm glad I don't work at a dealership any longer... Lexus customers suck!

Cars aren't that complicated to work on, just takes a little experience.
