Rotors

The rotors on our shop bike I wanted to update the gixxer community about. The manufacturer has finally got moved into the new facility and has the machines nearly all hooked up. They are HOPING to start production in a few weeks and possibly have them going in a month or so. MotoMummy.com will be the exclusive dealer of them for the gsxr community for a little while while they start releasing them to the public. These are on our gsxr and I will say they have worked great for us. They will be doing their first run on the GSXR rotors since they work for the 05-08 GSXR 100 and the 06-07 GSXR 600/750. Have to love it that Suzuki keeps the parts the same for so many years and models.

Just wanted to update you guys since so many ask us about them.

They are the front rotors that are shown on our shop bike here.

sure would be nice if they made them for my R1:fact

im still in love with my galfers tho:)
Nice!
captain bunghole...do you still have the 320mm waves on your bike? i remember u saying something about them...
I actually sold them
They offered an oversize rotor kit for the 04/05 gsxr600/750 and the 03/04 gsxr1000 That comes with the needed spacers. I sold them dirt cheap and went with another set of EBC wave rotors, 300mm

Reason I sold them is I got the marchesini's. It was a PITA to take off the calipers without touching the wheel. I could be as careful as possible and it would still nick the factory wheels. I didn't want to do that to the marchesini's

hmm...what was so tough about it? was there lack of room because of the caliper relocation?
Yeah it pushed the calipers back, so they had to come closer to the wheel.....if you cleard the top side of the caliper the bottom was hitting the wheel.
It was a huge pain and I got tired of doing it being I take my wheel off so much. It's hard to put into words why it was so hard to take them off

do they make superbike rotors for my bike or just the regular wave rotors (2003 sv1000s). Do you think they will make these rotors for the sv now that they have stopped production of it this year?

Hey Corey. Whats the deal with the rotors on the shop bike? Will they be available soon?
we were told they will be for sale in less then a week now as they got all the materials back, treated, and assembly is going to happen very soon. If that happens we dont' know, but we are being told it's VERY soon. one week or so...
