Rubbing noise only while turning hard right...05 750

So i've posted this up on a few other forums and decided to try and get some help here.

My bike does fine on the highway, it does fine going fast, or slow, and it does fine doing U turns, either way. The problem is when riding aggressive and taking right hand turns. I can ride as aggressive as I want going left, but in the right hand turns, it makes a rubbing/grinding noise. It does not slow the bike down, or pulsate the brake lever or take the bike off of it's line. What it does is give me a mental block

I don't remember exactly when it started doing it. I don't knwo if it was somethig I didn't pay attention to before, so I can't say exactly when it started........What it sounds like is ceramic on metal, like the brake pad coming in contact with the rotor. I have replaced the brake pads and it still did it. no marks on the pads, rotors, or the calipers indicating anything was out of normal. I have 2 different fenders, A factory OEM black, and a OEM Carbon from the 05 600/750 25th anniversary special edition and I have tried no fender at all. It still does it. I bought the bike brand new and it has never been down. The bike has 23K miles on it now. I have 300mm wave rotors (factory is 300mm also) on it maye 500 miles new. I thought it might be the SS lines rubbing the fork tube, or the upper firing bracket, but I wrapped them in rubber line and it still does it. When the bike is on stands, the front wheel spins plenty free. The last time It was on a front stand, I gave it a good spin, and it made 7-9 full spins.

I haven't rode the bike since I have done 3 things, so that might have fixed it. I bought Brand new calipers for it and took the bike back down to Traxxion Dynamics in Atlanta GA and had them service/re-build the forks. They also installed new steering head bearings. I talked with them and they didn't see anything out of the ordinary.

Thanks for all the help so far, i've talked with I don't know how many different forum members from various forums. I'm baffled and don't know what to look at.....it's depressing, it makes me not even want to ride it. I did get a suggestion yesterday, to check the front axle to check for warping. I don't know if it would be the wheel bearings????? I bought the Marchesini's brand new a year ago.

I gave some ideas yesterday.

Hopefully everything is straight now since the service.

If not then you will just have to give me your bike until I get it fixed:biggrin

I hope it is too. I haven't rode it since the fork service/new steering head bearings/calipers so hopefully it's fixed.
I was going to say steering head bearings. Brakes wouldn't have anything to do with it.
Did you change tire profiles?

I've seen the clearance go to nearly zero with the fender when changing tire profiles. Even within the same aspect ratio between brands there can be a significant profile difference.

Usually you'll hear little bits of grit getting caught between the tread and fender or those little mod release nubs, but I'm thinking maybe the carcass is deflecting into the fender under lateral load.

(Then there is the pic of the fender melted through from the underside floating somewhere around the intarwebs....)
The tire profile has been the same for about 2 years now so that's not it. Both fender's have 0 rub/scuff marks on the inside of them
j/k
im with nos, but have you changed headers or anything like that? When i did the whole yosh system on my 750 i had to change the lower support bracket for the radiator. with all the stunting ive done with that bike, some how it let go and would cause the radiator to occasionally hit the tire, or something that sounded horrble in the front. I eventually figured it out, but could be as simple as something dumb like that.

Factory headers are still on the bike and every single bol on the bike has been tightened when I was trying to narrow it down late last year
well dont know what to tell ya then. Crash it, claim it, upgrade it. K7 1k runs the streets. Ask Nos:thumbup
If I got rid of it it would be for an older bike. Prob an 03/04 1000. No offense to anyone, but I am not a big fan of the newer bikes

Have you checked the wheel bearings? One side could be bad, and under the load of hard cornering there could be a problem..I had a similar problem, not a squeal but a vibration. I just changed my bearings and was good to go..

That's just about my last thing to check/change!
This may sound silly but maybe its not the bike. It may just be you. Defective helmet vents or a defective right ear.
I dunno, its one of those weird things.

:plusone2 sometimes when only one of my helmet vents are open i heard weird noises
It's def the bike. It does it worse if there is a little bump mid curve............It does it so loud sometimes that I can hear it over my MP3 player. But it doesn't mess with the handling at all
