YES, I was hoping Mir was gonna submit that steroid wwf actor quick. No, not a pic from the Mir fight, just found it when looking for Mir results. Last nights cage fight, start of the round, guy does a leg kick and shattered his shin.

I've seen shit like that before from the Mhuy Thai fighting and I cringe when I see it.

lesnar ripped into him big time, but mir still came out the winner with a nice leg submission. lesnar definitely was taking a little juice in the wwf. He's a great wrestler and wrestled for the U here in Minnesota (my brother goes there now and wrestles), but i still think he's not as good as many others in a no rules fight.

At the beginning it looked like Lesnar was going to kill Mir, he gave some real solid punches and elbows, but once on the ground Mir looked like he just grabbed Lesnar's leg and before you knew it was in a leg lock, beuatiful move from Mir.

I called the fight for Mir once on the ground

I really didn't mean much disrespect toward Lesnar. I know he had a good resume coming out of college. Wrestling, football, ect. Just after going WWF for the money and thinking he was going to jump into the cage against Mir and have a chance, then having to listen to his WWF mouth leading up to the fight was almost worth paying PPV to see him tap.

I thought the fight was awesome. Lesnar dominated Mir until Mir got that leg lock in. But I have to give it to Lesnar after the fight that he acknowledged that Mir was the better fighter this time. But yes Lesnar is a big dude wow.

What I really want to see if how lesnar fares in in 3 round match. All that size requires a lot of energy to move. If his conditioning isn't up to par he'll get worked in the later rounds. Think Bob Sapp from Pride

And it's great to see Mir back on track. He was a great heavyweight before injuries got the better of him.

lesnar use to wrestle at the u of m which they work you damn hard. he would hold up, but he's just not ready for submission or no rules fighting yet. i'm shocked he's not a bit leaner for this also...you could tell mir was just waiting for a submission move the entire fight.

Totally, but damn, what a face beating he took in the process! He got his head rocked good. So no back of the head hits in ufc, eh? These guys would get hurt in Pride.
Fedor rules all, hehe.
