he's actually been called out by Joe Rogan on one occassion i remember...but to me regardless that shits still funny.

yeah, he was called out by over 15 comedians. For stealing jokes that dated all the way back to Richard Pryor. It was all over a while back, and yeah Joe Rogan was one of the people that he also was accused by, they played multiple tapes of old stand ups, and then played tapes of mencia copying the jokes. And it just wasn't one or two, he was stealing TONS of material almost word for word. I don't have a problem hearing similar jokes from people, but copying that blatantly was lame
